This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All reports generated by the Urban Warfare Analysis Center (UWAC) from its founding in 2006 to the date this request is processed.

"About the Urban Warfare Analysis Center: The Urban Warfare Analysis Center (UWAC) is sponsored by the U.S. Army Research Laboratory and operated by Wave
Technologies, Inc. The UWAC is a dedicated center of excellence that provides innovative and multidisciplinary support to meet the needs of the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. The UWAC harnesses expertise from throughout the government, academia, and industry to produce research and analysis of modern asymmetric urban warfare, populate a knowledge base dedicated to urban warfare, and assess new technology initiatives. It was founded in 2006."
Given that this FOIA is submitted in my capacity as a journalist who has covered the military and national security extensively, I request that I be categorized as a media requester for the purpose of fees. Here is a selection of my published articles on MuckRock:

Hello -
I am confused by your response that no such reports were found, as I included one such report in my initial request. I've attached this report here again.
As you can see from the second page of the PDF: "The Urban Warfare Analysis Center (UWAC) is sponsored by the U.S. Army Research Laboratory and operated by Wave Technologies, Inc. "
I've also attached a listing of reports from UWAC's old website [which I accessed via the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine and the URL: http://www.uwac-ok.com/research.html]. It seems at some point the center may have changed its name to "Unrestricted Warfare Analysis Center", but the logos are identical and the attached report appears on the listing of completed research publications.
That old website includes the following instructions for accessing the requested publications: "To access UWAC research reports and power points, please visit Intelink or Army Knowledge Online (AKO) and type “UWAC” in the search bar. You may also access the UWAC site on Intelink directly at https://www.intelink.gov/sites/uwac.
For those without access to Intelink or AKO, please contact the UWAC at uwacinfo@uwac-ok.com."
In light of the above, I respectfully ask that you conduct a good faith search for additional reports and provide them per your obligations under the Freedom of Information Act.

Last month, I received the attached letter dated July 8, 2016 from Timothy Connolly, in which USARL responded, "The Army Research Laboratory is not is possession of any reports."
I thought this an odd response, given that USARML was one of the primary sponsors of UWAC, as I understand it. Any clarification you can provide would be great!

I'm still puzzled how USARL could not be in possession of reports for a research entity it sponsored. I assume that deliverables from UWAC were the reports I seek via this FOIA.
