This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All documents on, about or concerning Richard Perry Loving (born October 29, 1933, died June 1975).
Proof of death is not required since her death has been reported widely.
As reported by the Associated Press in June 1975:
Richard Perry Loving, whose marriage to a childhood sweetheart led to the Supreme Court's decision overturning laws banning interracial marriage, was killed in an automobile accident yesterday in Caroline County, Va., about 70 miles south of Washington. His wife, Mildred, was injured but is reported in satisfactory condition."
