This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
A copy of report DODIG-2015-180, "DoD Cybersecurity Weaknesses as Reported in Audit Reports Issued From August 1, 2014, Through July 31, 2015 (Project No. D2015-D000RB-0192.000)"

Two different tracking numbers have been provided for this FOIA, in which I've requested a copy of report DODIG-2015-180.
The two numbers: FOIA-2015-00973 (Mr. Kirkland on 10/8/2014) and FOIA-2016-00012 (Mr. Kasper on 10/14/2015). Please advise as to the correct tracking number.
