DHS S&T report SUAS in first responder operations

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the 2011 internal report, "Evaluation of Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems in First Responder Operations Test Report."

This internal S&T report is referenced in the November 2012 test plan for the Robotic Aircraft for Public Safety (RAPS) (available at https://muckrock.s3.amazonaws.com/foia_files/Final_Response_Musgrave_5.19.15....pdf): "DHS S&T internal report, Evaluation of Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems in First Responder Operations Test Report, 29 Jun. 2011."
