I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

Thank you for responding to my FOIA request 15-00254-F.

In the attached response letter, the DEA FOIA office has classified me as a non-media requester for the purpose of fees, based on the allowance of 2 hours of search time and 100 pages of duplication at no charge. I hereby request that the DEA correct my status to media requester to reflect that I submitted the present request in my capacity as a journalist working on a story for publication.
