Your case has been assigned to our office for processing. We sincerely apologize for the delay; we are in the process of compiling the documentation that you are requesting. Due to the nature of your inquiry and to make sure that we provide you with all the information that you are requesting, we need to negotiate with you an extension of 10 days (weekday) from June 22, 2015. We also need more details regarding you case: can you please provide more information about the term "Tacocopter"? Is this an American company? Is there any specific location (city and state) where they conduct business? And also what kind of documents are you referring to; Certificates of Authorization? Cease/Desist letters?, receiving all the mentioned information will help us to respond you more efficiently.

Please send me an email with your agreement to this extension.
