Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
Please provide a copy of the 911 call (Operator #625) for the attempted theft of a lawn mower from 2 Robertson Place, Etna, PA 15223 on September 27, 2014.
Also please provide a copy of the Etna Police call log, the dispatch log, the police report, the incident report and any notes for the attempted theft of the lawn mower on September 27, 2014 from 2 Robertson Place, Etna, PA 15223.
Please provide a copy of Officer Benjamin Straw’ s report and subsequent follow-up to the attempted theft, the following day or days’ investigation to the attempted theft of the lawn mower.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you – I did receive this via facsimile earlier today – I am waiting to hear back from our Police Chief as to length of time it will take him to pull all the information.
Also – I have never received any word back on 30286-44711346 – we requested the 30 day extension and provided the cost for copying the records - $401.50.
We also have those records available for viewing by scheduling a time to come and view them which could eliminate the cost of the entire records. That has to be scheduled by appointment to ensure staff is here and available at the time of the examination.

I obviously could open it as I sent it. I don’t understand your question – there were the same kinds of pages that were sent in the other RTK request regarding a police report – so they are the same type of attachments in the same format, and the only format I am able to provide. Can they be faxed to you? I apologize, but I am totally confused by what you are asking since the other was sent in the same format.
I would be happy to fax them to you if that is easier.
