Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Please provide a copy of the Borough of Etna, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania Incorporation documents, Charter, By-Laws and Authority under which it operates.

- And also, please provide a copy of the legislation and language that changed the Borough of Etna, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania Incorporation, Charter, By-Laws and Authority under which it operates; where it allows related people to work together and/or serve simultaneously together, for the Borough of Etna.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Each Freedom of Information request is a legal request, isolated from other prior or subsequent Freedom of Information requests; and stands on its own. Please respond to this request as such, as a matter unto its own.

There has been no demand for payment for this particular request.

As is visible in the copies above, the scanned pages are 1/2 cut off and is a scanning machine error, and do not seem to be caused by water damage.

I pray that this response was not an overt or veiled threat of intimidation or an attempt to discourage me from asking questions.

As I understand, the Borough of Etna Freedom of Information Officer mailed hard copies to MUCKROCK, to have the documents be scanned and loaded into this FOIA request response.

I will ask MUCKROCK if maybe they scanned the Borough of Etna incorporation papers in incorrectly, as it seems about 3 inches by 11.5 inches seem to be sliced off each page of the document, which does not appear to be due to the IVAN hurricane flood water damage.

As to Ordinance No. 1, there is no such document received or posted as a response. There is no document received that shows Ivan Flood water damage marks.
