Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

PROPER PROCEDURES - PROTECTING THE INNOCENT AND DEFENSELESS - REASONABLE ACTIONS FOR THE FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES
For the following items, please provide copies of each version change if any going back to January 1 2019.
- Copies of any written procedures, guides, or training manuals detailing how the terms "probable cause", "outcry" are legally defined.
- Copies of any written procedures, guides, or training manuals detailing how the terms "unfounded", "inactive", "active" are legally defined in regard to an investigation status.
- Copies of any written procedures, guides, or training manuals detailing the minimum legal elements required for "probable cause" to be present during an investigation of child sex abuse and/or child sex trafficking.
- Copies of any written procedures, guides, or training manuals detailing the minimum legal elements required to establish that an "outcry" has occured?
- Copies of any written procedures, guides, or training manuals detailing the minimum legal elements that must be met in order for an investigation to require a forensic interview of a child without approval by the sole managing conservator.
- Copies of any written procedures, guides, or training manuals detailing the legal elements that must be met in order for an investigation to allow or require the forensic interview of a child when it has been documented that there is no probable cause.
- Copies of any written procedures, guides, or training manuals detailing the minimum legal elements requiremented to initial a multi-disciplinary investigation?
- Copies of any written procedures, guides, or training manuals detailing the legal elements that must be met before an investigation can be marked as "unfounded".
- Copies of any written procedures, guides, or training manuals detailing the legal elements that must be met before an investigation can be marked as "inactive".
- Copies of any written procedures, guides, or training manuals detailing when a detective could legally and lawfully ignore a signed written demand for a forensic interview by the alleged perpetrator.
- Copies of any written procedures, guides, or training manuals that explicitly detail the procedures required when a Class I Complaint is filed indicating that an employee has knowingly placed false information into a government database, and/or knowingly placed false information into a police report.
- Copies of any written procedures, guides, or training manuals detailing the minimum legal elements that a four year old child must carefully fulfill to legally require a thorough and accuration investigation by law enforcement.
- Copies of any written procedures, guides, or training manuals detailing the minimum legal elements that a four year old child must carefully fulfill to legally require that law enforcement legally and lawfully protect the child immediately
- Copies of any written procedures, guides, or training manuals that communicate to officers how to be assured that their action OR lack of action is within the scope of their employment.
- Copies of any written procedures, guides, or training manuals that detail under what circumstances if any, a detective could legally and lawfully ignore physical evidence of sexual abuse, and/or refuse to place physical evidence of sexual abuse into the case records.
- Copies of any written procedures, guides, or training manuals that detail under what circumstances if any, a detective could legally and lawfully ignore evidence regarding the alleged perpetrators psychological mindset, history of abuse, history of false statements, history of behavior indicative of mens rea, and/or refuse to place evidence regarding the alleged perpetrator's psyche into case records.

EDUCATION - RECORDS - COMPLAINTS - BACKGROUND HISTORY
(please include dates given or received, textbooks or manuals or slides or any media regarding the education, etc)
- Copies of all records detailing courses, training, continuing education, seminars, etc given or received by Chief Danny Barton, Detective Craig Reed, Captain Anthony Maurer, Sergeant Eric Louderback, regarding or touching upon any of the following topics:
- investigations of child sex trafficking and/or child sex abuse
- how to decrease trauma experienced by the victim
- statistics regarding the challenges of investigating child sex abuse
- statistics regarding how rare it is for a very young child to exhibit knowledge of sexual acts using childs language
- proper decision making that respects the rights of the alleged perpetrator without damaging evidence, increasing the danger, and trauma of the victim
- decision making risk analysis regarding investigations of young children
- forensic analysis and/or review of audio or video
- proper follow-up for an investigation of child sex abuse, etc
- ethics, values, exhibiting leadership
- counteracting biases (especially involving law enforcement)
- conducting a thorough and unbiased investigation that may involve other law enforcement
- recognizing psychological profile of alleged offenders, preferential vs situational offenders, etc
- grooming techniques, and/or behaviors, and/or common excuses of perpetrators
- copies of required complaint procedures
- For each complaint, copies of all available records evidencing that each step of the complaint procedure was completed correctly, final resolution of each complaint, or current status of each complaint investigation
- Copies of all available background information including: Hiring date, experience prior to hire, education, State of Texas date of license and license number, annual wages and benefits, current position and duties, all previous positions and duties for each, application for hire, resume, mental health evaluations, for the list of employees below.
- Copies of all prior and/or current pending complaints and/or law suits involving any of the employees listed below:
