A detailed log of all police and EMS dispatch records generated since January 1, 2010 pertaining to any events that occurred at the Narconon drug treatment center located at 809 West Erie Street, Albion, MI 49224. This facility is currently registered with the state as "Freedom Treatment Center" but has also been known to operate under the following business names using this same address:

Narconon Freedom Center
Narconon Freedom Center, Inc.
Narconon Freedom Treatment Center
Freedom Center Rehab
Narconon Stone Hawk East
Drug Rehab Michigan

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

I understand there is a set fee schedule for obtaining copies of these records, and I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Ms. Snyder,
Thank you for the clarification on the the FOIA Requests I filed last year. I am so sorry for the confusion, but it appears that we got the related reference numbers mixed up in the MuckRock System and correspondence posted incorrectly.

After sorting through our cross-filing errors between the two requests, it appears that I only received the disclosure documents on the first request #15-0309, Invoice #2015-0062 for $109.30, for the facility known as A Forever Recovery. This one was handled in a timely fashion and have status marked as successfully completed in the MuckRock system.

However, the second Request #15-0409, invoice #2015-0066 for $120, for the facility known as Narconon Freedom Center is where things got messed up on our end. This is the request where the initial check we sent as a timely payment got lost in transit. We then cut a second check after you notified me the invoice was still outstanding, and past correspondence shows that you confirmed that you received that $120 payment on October 30, 2015.

But we never received the actual disclosure documents on Request #15-0409, and instead it appears that re-sending the outstanding invoice after the first check went missing was mistaken for the transmission of the processed documents. So is it possible to get this disclosure for my second request sent to the address you have on file at this late date?

And again, please accept my sincerest apologies for all this confusion and additional work. I take full responsibility for the mix ups since I should have never filed the second request while the first one was still pending.
