We are about to start a research project that would require information on the dates of operation and territory reached for all television station in the U.S., from 1985 to 2000 (including those that were operating before 1985 and those that closed before 2000). When using the Facilities Search publicly available online, we find for every TV channel the city in which it operates, but not the date since which it does. This is the information we are looking for.

I would like to request an information regarding all of the Federal Communications Commissions (FCC) investigations against RT and RT America (including any other RT sister outlet like for example RT Europe) from the point when they received the broadcast license in the US until now (the most recent update). I am keen to know how many breaches of accuracy/impartiality/etc has been recorded by FCC for the whole period of TV channels existence and what was the outcome of every investigation - whether RT and/or RT America got any punishment (fine, sanctions/etc). Could you please disclose the information on:the particular date of publication (broadcast) that was under investigation and the link on it; the name of the program (ex. Sputnik); the nature of the subject discussed (what was the program about? ex. Ukraine? NATO? EU? Syria?) what thoughts were/are considered as partial (quote if possible)? what was considered as inaccurate? what was the outcome/the penalties (a particular amount of money) paid by RT/RT America? I would like to get this data for closed investigations as well as for ongoing (the same questions except penalties paid, as it is obvious that they are not paid yet because those investigations are not finished). Comparing to other broadcasters is the number of investigations launched against RT and RT America unusual? What is the ratio?

Resubmittal of request FCC-2019-000090 for "Do Not Call" complaints on phone no. which initially resulted in no records being found. The reasons for my request include the following: -I submitted several complaints to the FCC on 11/16/2018 for "Do Not Call" with the following ticket nos. be assigned, I believe covering the period September 2015 to October 2018: 2924906, 2924911, 2924932, 2924934, 2924937, 2924939, 2924944, and 2953331. -I would imagine that sufficient time would have elapsed for the database on complaints with the FCC would have updated in time for my FOIA request to be researched. I routinely file "Do Not Call" complaints with both the FTC and the FCC, and the former has informed they do have records and will be forwarding them to me. The website www.800notes.com, quite often used by people to list unwanted calls they have received, has three full pages, over 40 complaints, on phone no. . It has been my experience that many of the people who have been motivated to list complaints with this website have also done so with the FTC and the FCC, so my expectation would have been to see several complaints in addition to mine. I would appreciate your taking another look, as such complaints on file with both the FTC and the FCC can be valuable as evidence in civil litigation against telemarketers, scammers, and other violators of the the "Do Not Call" law.
