All documented correspondence originating since January 1, 2018 between the Office of the Chairman and the FCC Office of Inspector General in which the name Pai is referenced. This should include letters, emails (including attachments) or faxed materials. If this request is denied in whole or in part, justify all deletions or withholdings by reference to specific exemptions in the FOIA.
