Last night, MuckRock hit a major milestone: Two million pages of government records released, many of them for the first time, through the platform. Thank you to the thousands of requesters who have made this repository possible.

After six years and 21,796 public records and FOIA requests, MuckRock users have hit a new milestone: One million pages of government documents released back to the public.

Nate Jones is the Director of the Freedom of Information Act Project for the National Security Archive, and editor of their Unredacted blog.
