All police records, call logs and/or reports generated since January 1, 2000 pertaining to any incidents that occurred at the Delphian School, 20950 SW Rock Creek Road, Sheridan, Oregon 97378.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to the isolated location of the facility and the non-standard curriculum based on Scientology education principles being taught that has been reported in the press: http://benjaminfcarlson.com/?p=368

Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Ms. Bernard,

I just received your letter of April 16th notifying me that my request was being returned because I hadn't responded with the required pre-payment within 30 days.

However, as your own correspondence clearly states, I was notified of the pre-payment requirement on April 7th. The 30 day policy for submitting payment that you quoted me in your second notice, 9 days later, has not yet expired.

Additionally, payment in full for completing my request was sent on April 16th and your office should be in receipt of it by now.

Please confirm if my request is still being processed, or explain to me why I was denied the full 30 days to respond with the required pre-payment.
