A copy of the most recent database maintained by this agency detailing compensation and occupation details for individuals in the employ of this agency.
Please provide, if possible, the following pieces of information for each employee:
• Name of Employee
• Job Title or Position
• Organizational Unit
• Location
• Regular Wages
• Overtime compensation
• Calendar earnings for 2021
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for your recent public records request!
Can you please confirm whether or not this request includes all State of
Wyoming employees or just employees working within the State Auditor's
Office? It looks like last year (February, 2021), you amended your
original request to include all State of Wyoming employees. Please let me
know, so my office can adjust accordingly.
Once we receive clarification, we will begin compiling the information and
should have it to you no later than March 22nd (if not sooner).

I appreciate the response however the document does not have the correct information.
Looking on the first page (and there are many issues on other pages this is just the example) Dillon Conner the Emergency Preparedness Analyst appears to have the wrong information.
Can the data in the document be reviewed and corrected?

You are correct and our apologies, we identified several employees who had
been moved from a "hourly" to "salaried" position and that change (with
updated/corresponding data) was not reflected in the information we
originally provided.

The data is still incorrect. I don't know if overtime is being calculated incorrectly or if salary information is missing. A few of the individuals that I compared are off by several thousand dollars. Are all overtime categories being included in the total?

Hi Mr. Mruzek,
Thank you for your response. Can you please provide us with a couple of
examples (of employees where there is an incorrect salary or missing
information)? We can then dig into the report (and those examples) to
confirm the data. Also, would you be willing to share what data source you
are comparing the report to?
Once we have a couple of example employees from you and have some
additional time to review the data, would you be willing to set up a call
with us the week of April 4th? We are thinking some of the discrepancies
between your data set and ours could be easily explained (ex. an employee's
annual compensation would include longevity pay, shift differential, or
additional add-on pay and these items could be contributing to
differences).
Would the morning of April 6th work for a virtual meeting? Please let us
know if that date works and a good time and we can set up a google or zoom
link!

Hi Mr. Mruzek,
I think we finally have it!
Thank you for sending along the additional information (Mruzek, Moffett and
Viau pay stubs) to Kris Quick.
We have updated our report and the monthly rate, overtime pay and YTD
compensation should now more closely mirror the categories included on the
pay stubs provided. Specifically, this document now includes employee
reimbursements and other pay (in the "YTD compensation column) that would
be included on a pay stub.
We have filed your request and will plan to provide future information in
this specific format:)
