Pursuant to the Wyoming Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Student athlete contract disclosures given to the University regarding student athlete name, image, and likeness activities from July 1 2021 to November 21 2023.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

Please see below for the fee letter for your request dated November 22, 2023. As there is no fee associated with this request, the University will move forward with processing.
The University will comply with Wyoming law regarding disclosure of any responsive records, including reviewing for any applicable exemptions to disclosure. Once the University has had the opportunity to locate and review any potentially responsive records, I will respond accordingly. The anticipated date for release of any responsive records is January 3, 2024 or before, if possible. If the University is unable to release responsive records by that date, I will contact you to determine a mutually agreeable date for release of the records.
Fee Letter:
The University of Wyoming has received your records request under the Wyoming Public Records Act dated November 22, 2023.
The University of Wyoming Board of Trustees has adopted fees in its Fee Book found at http://www.uwyo.edu/administration/financial-affairs/feebook/ for the reasonable costs of producing and constructing an electronic public record consistent with Wyoming law. Fees will be charged only if they exceed $180.00. The initial $180.00 will be a credit and not charged to the applicant.
Production and construction costs exceeding $180.00 will be charged as follows:
$15.50/hour for clerical staff time
$30.00/hour for information technology staff time
$40.00/hour for professional staff time
Actual cost of programming and computer services.
Please review the enclosed invoice for your electronic public records request. Consistent with the University’s rules, you must pre-pay the estimated costs as detailed in the invoice before the University begins any work relating to your request. Checks should be made payable to: University of Wyoming. Please note that if the estimated costs are below the $180 credit, the University will begin processing the request at this time.
If the University reaches the limit of payment for this request, we will provide the records available at that time and provide you with an additional cost estimate/invoice prior to continuing with the request for the remaining records. If your payment exceeds the actual time and amount spent on your request, any applicable refunds will be sent at the same time the records become available for inspection or upon delivery of the records.
