I request the release of records under the ARKANSAS FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUESTS (Ark. Code Ann. § 25-19-101, et seq.). I seek copies of all records in your office’s possession, regardless of who created them. Please provide all records from the date of the above-mentioned incident until the date that this request was received. I have attached documents for your assistance at locating the responsive records requested.

I seek a copies of all records relating to the above request:

1. Any And All Reports, Investigation, Findings Related To All Incidents Attached To The Cross County District Court Defendant History Detail Report You Have In Your Possession. This Also Include All Calls Of Service About Treasha Jean Light.

2. Recordings From Dispatch / Cross County E-911 And All Dispatch Recording Devices.

3. Radio Logs From Wynne Police Officers Involved In All Incidents In Relation To Treasha Jean Light

4. Treasha Jean Light Cross County Jail Intake Forms Completed By Involved Officers And Cross County Detention Officers

5. Any And All Photographic, Audio, And Video Evidence; This Includes Body Cams, In Car Camera Systems, Cross County Jail And Wynne Police Department Surveillance Video, Transcripts Or Recordings Of Interviews

6. Any And All Reports; All Materials Compiled And Presented For Review To The Prosecuting Attorney Or To Any Person Or Body Charged With Determining Whether To File Criminal Charges Against Mrs. Treasha Jean Light In Connection With An Incident, Or Whether The Suspect Action Was Consistent With Law Or Any Action The Agency Thought Needed Action.

7. Copies Of Any And All Warrants Issued To Treasha Jean Light

8. Copies Of All Records In Possession Of The Courts Or Wynne Police Department In Reference To Treasha Jean Light.

9. Copies Of All Personnel Files Of Officers And Or Staff Involved In Any Contact With Treasha Jean Light

Because Mrs. Treasha Jean Light has asked us to request records on her behalf because she feel she has been injured by the officers, complainant in the the incident and defendant of the alleged charges, she request that you waive any fees. However, should you be unable to do so, We will reimburse your agency for the “direct costs” of copying these records plus postage. If you anticipate these costs to exceed $50 please notify me prior to making the copies.
