Pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I would like to request recordings of telephone conversations and in person visits between Christopher Watts, prisoner #674796 and Tiffany Belanger from January 2023 to October 2023.
I would also like to request a list of Christopher Watts's approved visitors and visits during that same time frame.
Finally I would like to request documentation related to any disciplinary actions or incidents involving other prisoners or guards in which Watts has been involved since his incarceration in Dodge, Wisconsin.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.
