For all non-personal emails accounts in use by the governor and its staff, please provide me the following information for all emails sent and received between March 5 2018 and March 9, 2018.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi Matt,
I'm writing to acknowledge receipt of your request for public records. As it is written it appears to ask for every email sent or received by any members of the Governor's staff, from March 5-9, 2018. I expect this will turn up a sizeable number of documents.
The Governor's Office has a staff of over 50 employees, and the volume of emails sent/received by these employees can be significant. Is there any way that we can narrow the scope of this request so as to be able to get you the files you need in a more time-efficient manner? Can we narrow the scope to include only emails containing certain search terms or relating to certain topics? And perhaps we can confine the search to certain members of the Governor's staff, like Executive Team members or specific policy advisors.
Please advise how you'd like to proceed.

I am not interested in any particular topics, as I am not requesting the contents of the emails - only the metadata. The metadata surrounding the requested information, though intrinsically tied to the emails themselves, is stored as separate records within email systems' databases. If you would like the technical documentation to extract this information, please let me know.
Please bear this in mind when considering the time required for completing this request.
