Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

• All policies related to the employment and payment of incarcerated persons under the jurisdiction of this agency.

• The most recent report regarding currently-employed incarcerated persons under the jurisdiction of this agency. Please include all available segregable information, including the type of employment, the wage at which the employment occurs, and any other applicable information. Please do not include any personally identifying information.

• All reports regarding post-incarceration employment for individuals formally under the jurisdiction of this agency.

If no such reports exist and if reports with equivalent information also do not exist, confirmation of the fact that no data at all exists on this subject will suffice.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

a. Clarification is needed. Please provide a timeframe. Staff will not search for records for this item unless a timeframe is provided.
2. The most recent report regarding currently employed incarcerated persons under the jurisdiction of Washington State Department of Corrections. You would like this to include all available segregable information, including type of employment, the wage at which the employment occurs and any other applicable information. You do not want any personally identifying information
a. Clarification is needed. Please provide a definition for “other applicable information”. “Other applicable information” could be interpreted differently by different people. I will search for the most recent report, as of September 20th, that includes: currently employed incarcerated persons under the jurisdiction of Washington State Department of Corrections, to include type of employment and the wage at which the employment occurs
3. All reports regarding post-incarceration employment for individuals formerly under the jurisdiction of Washington State Department of Corrections
a. Clarification is needed. Please provide a timeframe. Staff will not search for records for this item unless a timeframe is provided.
