From: Rose Terse

Hello,

Thank you for your help with this request.

Would you please check to see if I was sent the correct records? I seem to have received many UW Medicine "Request for Approval of Outside Professional Work for Compensation" forms, rather than UW Police IAPro records, in my release. I see that the folder is named "PR_2024_000058 Stage 1 Release Package". Was I sent the wrong set of records?

Thank you,
Rose

From: University of Washington Police

Good morning,

It sounds like the incorrect release package was downloaded onto the disc that we mailed to you. I sincerely apologize for our mistake. We will prepare a new disc for you and mail it out today.
