Please provide all correspondence including memos, emails, and contracts between private companies/individuals/government departments/agencies, air traffic control via FAA FSDO in Bellevue, Nebraska, and state and local Omaha, Nebraska government and law enforcement relating to the permitted frequent and continuous daily and nightly flights of small and large civil, private, or military aircraft including drones over particular houses and neighborhoods in the Bellevue, Nebraska 37th St. location of the Sarpy area of Bellevue and Papillion Nebraska particularly over (therefore, referencing) the house and yard around 7813 S , 37th Street, from the time period 1 August 2022 upto the present date.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
