Source Code of one of the 9 Catalyst web tools: WebQ Survey, developed by UW C&C or UWIT.
The revision histories of the Catalyst WebQ Survey source code
The documentation for building, maintaining, compiling the source code and document for deploying the program.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

$0.05 for every 4 files, and $0.10 per GB
If you choose not to opt-in to the pilot program, our standard charges apply. See below:
Discs (CD) $0.69 per CD
Envelope $0.29 per envelope
Photocopy (Black & White copy) $0.15 per page
First Class US Postage
Requestors will be notified in advance of any non-standard charges.

Hello UWIT,
Last week, I submitted a Public Record request (via MuckRock) to the UW for the source code and documentation of Catalyst WebQ Survey. Today, I was met with the response (from the Office of Public Records) that the estimate to fulfill the request is December 29th, 2024. I am not sure if this is a reasonable timeframe (RCW 42.56.520 1c) given the data requested is from a system that UW IT is actively in the process of retiring and whose source code is readily available.
Please let me know if a better estimate could be given from UW-IT and if this could be communicated with the OPR.
