To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
A Shapefile or CSV containing at minimum the Address Points (house # and street name) and their corresponding Latitude/Longitude. If additional data such as the Unit Number, City, Zipcode, Parcel Id exists they should be included as well.
If this cannot be accessed, the parcel file including situs address would suffice.
Other names for this include: E911 Address Database, Civic Address File, Parcel Dataset, Land Ownership Dataset, Tax Parcels, Address Points.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello Pamela,
Would it be possible to get a revised invoice? We are obtaining this information for publications on https://openaddresses.io/ and as such our request should fall under Pennsylvania's new Right to Know Law Act 3 of 2008 Ch 13 Sec. 1307 Fee Limitations 4ii which means fees should be based on the actual copy cost of the request.

Hey Pamela,
Just to clarify, per Pennsylvania's new Right to Know Law Act 3 of 2008 Ch 13 Sec. 1307 Fee Limitations 4ii the $500 is the actual cost to the agency to duplicate these records? As I mentioned above I am requesting these records with the intent to publish them.
If this is the case could you please provide a breakdown of how the fee schedule will be used to duplicate the records? The current cost seems extremely high for something that should take no more than .5 to an hour of a single employees time to export out of any ArcGIS like software/database.
