Pursuant to the Vermont public records law (1 V.S.A. §§ 315-320), I hereby request the following records:

Any visitor logs mentioning Transportation Secretary Sue Minter between Jan.1 and December 25, 2015. In addition, I am requesting any emails between Minter's office and the AG's office, specifically the General Counsel and Administrative Law unit

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

In regards to the Sue Minter's records, the 4th request bulleted in your response, I am happy to narrow my request. I am looking for any communications made in which Minter raised questions with the Attorney General's office regarding the state transportation contracts attained by now Gov. Phil Scott. Minter said she raised such concerns as Transportation Secretary during a gubernatorial debate last year. Specific search can include, but are not limited to, "Phil Scott," "transportation," "Contracts," and "DuBois Construction." I am not aware of a specific staffer who would handle such a complaint, but if there is one, happy to narrow the request to that person's emails. Thanks!
