Pursuant to the Vermont Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All email communications between members of the Vermont National Guard (emails ending with @mail.mil) and members of the Governor's staff between Nov. 1 and present day regarding a recent VTDigger series entitled "The Flying Fraternity." Key words include "Cray," "Craven," "VTDigger," "Galloway," "response," "press conference," "Rector," "afterburner," "Caputo," "Leahy," and
"pomerleau."
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi Jasper - I am looping in Karen Pallas who is our records officer. We will do our best to respond within three business days and, while I do not believe the response will be voluminous, I would ask for a little flexibility given the Christmas holiday and the fact that a number of staff members, including our records officer, will be away from the office for all or a part of next week.
