Dates ranging from 1970 to 1990.

deal memos, pleas, claims of sexual assault, reports of sexual assault, any court records,
hearing records or transcripts, any case files, court case files, divorce records, divorce
transcripts, divorce filings, any exhibits, photos, evidence about or in prosecution of David Sellers...Any any all records, papers, documents, please. Dates ranging from 1970 to 1990.

Please find attached the record associated with your request. There are no other records responsive to your request.

Please note that the record supplied here is redacted in accordance with the Vermont Public Records Act exemptions found at 1 V.S.A. § 317(c)(5)(A) and (D), relating to law enforcement records "dealing with the detection and investigation of crime".

Specifically, the Department of Public Safety ("DPS") redacted the record to remove information exempt from public inspection and copying under the following exemptions:

1 V.S.A. § 317(c)(5)(A)(iii) (information that "could reasonably be expected to constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy"); and

1 V.S.A. § 317(c)(5)(D) (information which "a public agency shall not reveal" including "the identity of a private individual who is a witness to or victim of a crime, unless withholding the identity...would conceal government wrongdoing.");
