Pursuant to the Vermont Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All e-mail correspondence between staffers at NBC News and officials inside the governor's office between June 1, 2018 and present day. Search terms include: "millennial," "interview," initiative," "job," and "move."
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Jasper - unfortunately we are going to to have to extend the time required for a response which ordinarily would have been due today. Because we had two members of our staff leave since June 1, we have had to request access to their records from the Agency of Digital Services. Once we are given access those records in order to conduct the search you requested we will respond to your request. Our Records Officer, Karen Pallas, will be sending you an official notice of the deadline extension sometime today. Thanks so much- Jaye
