Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All key performance indicators (KPIs) tracked within the school district including but not limited to all KPIs related to the EPS Strategic Plan Strategic Plan.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Mr. Keplar,
In response to your November 1, 2023 public records request for:
"All key performance indicators (KPIs) tracked within the school district including but not limited to all KPIs related to the EPS Strategic Plan Strategic Plan."
The District's Strategic Plan is linked here<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1i_528CnYIBjEvcYlYpc7EjTVkDTv7eqZ/view>. The District spent the previous year solidifying the goals, metrics and outcomes of the Strategic Plan. It's my understanding the focus this year is to identify KPIs. This means the District does not currently have any records responsive to your request.
If you should have any questions or concerns at all about any aspect of our processing of your public records request, please let me know. Still while welcoming such contact by you, the Public Records Act advises I should notify you that, by my delivery of this email to you, our School District considers your request closed. So please know that we do now consider your request as having been closed.
