Any letters mailed and recieved by FBI between the years of 1960 and 2000 sent by "Valentine Christian, Esq" or "Valentine Christian Esquire". Valentine Christian Esquire has offered other agencies his services in the aftermath of public crises and is a "Degreed-Mathematician-Programmer-Analyst".

Please also search for any letters which may have been sent from the following address:
"Hawaii Mathematica & Art 1251 Royvonne Ave S E #1 Salem, Oregon 97302 usa"

Please see the attached letter for further detail on Mr. Valentine Christian Esq.
