To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I would like investigative documents related to the 10 day closure of the National Sunspot Solar Observatory in New Mexico (address 3004 Telescope Loop, Sunspot, NM 88349) beginning on September 6th, 2018. I would like to request the release of any accompanying recordings both audio or visual collected by agents during the closure and investigation and detailed information regarding the reason for the closure of the observatory including rationale for an additional 9 days. Please also respond with any investigative documents that may relate to the address: 3004 Telescope Loop, Sunspot, NM 88349, in the past 5 years.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
