Facility: Vista Detention Facility located at 325 Melrose Dr., Vista CA
DOB : 05/25/1971
using any Securus phone or communication system, including but without limitation to Visitation with one Wayne Bowling:
(a) the inmates' first and last name
(c) the date, time, duration on recorded content of Visit with Wayne Bowling;
(d) the inmates’ Securus account number;
(e) the metadata for the communication;
(f) the recording URL where the audio recordings of the calls can be downloaded
The requested information will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
I am respectfully asking for an exemption of any fees as these records will be used for educational purposes.
