Scientology IRS FOIA Requests (1970s)

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A copy of all initial FOIA requests plus the correlating final determination letters filed by attorney Joel Kreiner on behalf of his client(s), the Founding Church of Scientology and/or the Church of Scientology of California, during the period beginning January 1, 1970 and ending December 31, 1980.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to the case law precedent established in the US District Court for the District of Columbia, affirmed by the US Supreme Court and all appellate levels in between, which were a direct result of the FOIA requests I am seeking.
