The Official Military Personnel File (OMPF) including all Fitness Report and Counseling forms (NAVPERS Form 1610/2), the most recent Cumulative Record Of Training (NAVPERS Form 5300/16), the Background Summary (NAVPERS Form 1640/32), Officer Personnel Action Requests (NAVPERS Form 1301/85) and Form DD-214, for Ronald Dion DeSantis.

DeSantis is the governor of Florida and a former officer in the United States Navy.

Because DeSantis is seen as a likely candidate for president seeking election in the coming months there is an urgency to inform the public. Therefore, I request expedited processing of this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
