Files mentioning the Reporters’ Committee of the Freedom of the Press (RCFP), including but not limited to the FBI's investigation into The Village Voice's publication of the Pike Committee Report. The FBI has previously disclosed this investigation, with public details identifying the group in question. The Bureau previously improperly redacted the group's name, citing privacy concerns. These redactions do not apply, as case law affirms that organizations have no right to privacy.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

As EXPLICITLY STATED in the original request ("If previously released records are available, then I request a rolling release consisting of those records while additional records are located and processed for release"), I am not satisfied with the preprocessed records and, in fact, insist on the additional records being processed and released. It's absurd to make me assert this again, especially after multiple requests and at least one successful appeal.
