Phasing Down HFCs Webpage

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Please provide and and all records, including email and other communications, regarding the removal of the "Phasing Down HFCs" Webpage dealing with the phasing down of HFCs under the Montreal Protocol. The webpage was under "Under Secretary for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment > Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs". I tried to send this FOIA request directly to the specific Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs but was told to re-submit to the State Department. If this is not the correct recipient, please specifically inform me of the email address for this particular FOIA request. Thank you.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
