Phasing Down HFCs Webpage

Please provide and and all records, including email and other communications, regarding the removal of the "Phasing Down HFCs" Webpage dealing with the phasing down of HFCs under the Montreal Protocol. The webpage was under Under Secretary for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment > the Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello. Sorry for the delay. I appreciate your response. It would be very helpful if you could be more specific and provide an email address for the submission of this FOIA requests. EDGI (a non-profit) has the ability to submit FOIA requests electronically to nearly every federal agency. Can you please supply an appropriate email address for this FOIA request to the State Department's Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs? Thanks you. Sarah

That is a generic State Department page that does not indicate any email information. So, perhaps there is no way to email a FOIA request to the State Department? Is there someone you can refer me to at the Bureau of Oceans and Int'l Envt'l & Scientific Affairs who will have more specific information? I am hoping for something more helpful and specific than the main State Department page that would only allow (it seems) submission through an online form that will not work via Muckrock. As you may know, EDGI has been using Muckrock for all its FOIA request. Thanks again.
