Good morning Ms. Best,

Back in 2020, you submitted the below FOIA request to our office seeking information about a hacking from 2019.

Please let us know if you are still interested in this information.

If so, please advise if you would be willing to narrow the scope of your request, and we can set up a time that works for you next week or when works for you.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, I am still interested in this and all other FOIA requests, both filed and not yet filed, in this and all other timelines, dimensions and strands of the multiverse from now until the re-beginning of eternity.

No, I'm not interested in reducing the scope of the FOIA. If you'd wanted to negotiate it, you could have contacted me within the 20 days allowed by law, or even within the first year after I filed the FOIA.

Good morning Ms. Best,

Thank you for your email.

We wanted to let you know that this was in reference to 2020-HQFO-00964, and not 2020-HQFO-00665 that you in included on the subject line of your reply.

The response for 2020-HQFO-00665 was sent out in 2020.

As you may know, we are in a backlog situation.

Yes, I'm aware. Because your agency is unable to send responses to the correct address (see https://www.muckrock.com/foi/united-states-of-america-10/perceptics-department-of-homeland-security-88942/) it messes up the tracking at MuckRock and what automatically goes in the subject lines.

In other words, the original error was yours. I just don't feel the need to notify you every time you make this error, as it's quite frequent and your agency has shown no interest in correcting these types of errors over the last several years and responding to the correct addresses.
