To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Copies of the President’s Daily Briefs (PDBs) produced from December 01, 1964 through January 20, 2009. This request includes, but is not limited to, the PDBs already posted on the FOIA Reading Room.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. I am requesting these documents as a member of the media. I have previously written about national security and CIA related affairs, such as Yuri Nosenko (http://andmagazine.com/us/1431865273.html and http://andmagazine.com/us/1431865585.html), and am under contract with McFarland Publishing to produce an encyclopedia on the OSS.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
