National Physique Committee: Non-Profit to For-Profit (Internal Revenue Service)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking records pertaining to the National Physique Committee, from 1 January 2013 through 5 January 2023. This request should be limited to any documents that reference the organization either a non-profit, the transition of the non-profit into a privatized for-profit company, the organization as the subsequent for-profit company, and/or the owner (James Manion) in his role as president (or owner). Moreover this request should be construed to include documentation of investigations, investigative notes, complaints, official filings, interviews (whether conducted by your agency or agents or whether your agency or agents were the subject of the interview), memorandums, emails, intra and outer office communications, and any related attachments to the aforementioned documents.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
