National Physique Committee and Performance Enhancing Drugs (Drug Enforcement Administration)

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking records pertaining to the National Physique Committee, known by the acronym "NPC," which should be included in the subject search terms. This request should be limited to include any of this organization and anabolic steroids, growth hormone, peptides, selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs), or any other performance enhancing drugs. The timeline for this request should span from the date of 1 January 2003 through 5 January 2023. Moreover this request should be construed to include the full documentation of investigations, investigative notes, official filings, interviews, memorandums, emails, intra and outer office communications, and any related attachments to the aforementioned documents, which mention any of these federations plus the named categories of drugs or controlled substances. This should include investigations and prosecutions of those defendants or investigatory subjects who were noted to be amateur bodybuilders in aforementioned organization or those who were otherwise associated with the organization (judges, coaches, administrators, executives, owners, or volunteers).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
