Materials mentioning, describing, regulating or proscribing the use of the National Child Pornography Library, including but not limited to its use in undercover operations.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am appealing the determination that the request is overly broad, as its description of the requested materials – guidance and documentation regarding a specific system – is consistent with caselaw, and the agency failed to attempt to clarify the request as it is required to do.
