Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I request a copy of all FCC filings, permits, operating licenses, and operator information be provided to me for the tower located at the following coordinates: 43.696087, -93.020507, Or 43°41'45.9"N 93°01'13.7"W.
The physical description of location is near the junction of County Road 27, and 240th St, near 515th Avenue, Lansing Township, MN. This tower is above 60m tall, has high bandwidth Andrew Corporation feed horns, and terrestrial dish antennas, along with two dipole antennas.
This tower has not been registered with the FCC as per the online tower search tools provided by the Federal Communications Commission, nor have any permits been made public.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
I am willing to pay fees for this request up to a maximum of $75. If you estimate that the fees will exceed this limit, please inform me first. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Mr. Zink, we are in receipt of your December 11, 2018 FCC FOIA request which seeks information on a tower located at : 43.696087, -93.020507, Or 43°41'45.9"N 93°01'13.7"W. We are in the process of reviewing and researching information to respond. The current response deadline is January 10, 2018.
