I am appealing the b6 and b7C exemptions, as

1. Entities, personas and personalities are not entitled to the same privacy considerations as individuals
2. The only person attributed with being the individual associated with the handle "Mendax" has been openly charged by the Department of Justice, with affidavits being filed in the case.

As such, the exemptions do not apply due either to the nature of the request and/or due to the prior disclosure by the FBI .
