I am seeking all complaints, whether trade or consumer, adverse event reports, enforcement reports, inspection reports, and related internal or external documentation, that mention the dietary supplement company "Ancestral Supplements," and/or "The Fittest Ever, LLC," and/or "Heart & Soil, LLC," and all documents that mention owner BRIAN JOHNSON a/k/a "LIVER KING" in any capacity.
Brian Johnson (Liver King) has a primary residence in the County of Montgomery at 13876 Longwood Drive, Willis, Texas 77318
Ancestral Supplements, LLC, is a domestic limited liability company duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Texas, with a principal place of business at 6138 Merry Pint Court, Spring, Texas 77379-2428.
The Fittest Ever LLC, is , a domestic limited liability company duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Texas, with a principal place of business at 502 Montgomery Street, Suite 639, Willis, Texas 77378-8827.
Heart & Soil, LLC, is a domestic limited liability company duly organized and and existing under the laws of the State of Texas, with a principal place of business 1355 West Gray Street, Houston, Texas 77019-4019.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We received the attached FOIA request regarding "Ancestral Supplements," "The Fittest Ever, LLC," "Heart & Soil LLC," and/or "Brian Johnson a/k/a "Liver King." Your request does not specify a date range, please provide the timeframe you are seeking for this information. Also, your fee limit is $1.00, as you are categorized as an OTHER requestor type you will be charged for search after the first two hours. If the search goes beyond two hours your fee limit will not be adequate, please let us if you are willing to increase your fee limit and to what dollar amount.

Thank you for you quick response and I will notify the program office of the date range.
Also, your request is under the "OTHER" fee type category and with the date range requested will require extensive search at an estimated rate of $46.00 an hour as well as a review rate of $46.00 an hour. Your fee limit shows $1.00 which is inadequate to cover this request. Please provide a new max fee amount you are willing to pay to fulfill this request.

The Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) conducted a search and is unable to locate any records responsive to your request. CFSAN considers this request closed. Please be advised that your request has been assigned to another FDA component that will reply directly to you with any responsive records in their purview.
While we believe that an adequate search of appropriate files was conducted for the records you requested, you have a right to appeal this determination. By filing an appeal, you preserve your rights under FOIA and give the agency a chance to review and reconsider your request and the agency's decision.
