Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am seeking all records that reference Kevin Smith (aka Kevin Craig Smith) and/or his agent’s and/or agencies and businesses. These businesses include but are not limited to SmashBrand, Nutrition Distribution, Athletic Xtreme, and Anabolic Xtreme. His agents include all employees of the aforementioned companies, in addition to attorneys at Tauler Smith, LLP (e.g. Robert Tauler, Matthew Smith, Kenny Kuppers, John Lin, Dillon Malar, Gil Peles, Valerie Saryam, Tim Souris, and Kevin Valsi).
This request should be construed to include
Mr.Smith’s consumer or trade complaint (s) , inter, intra, and extra-agency documents composed, concerning, authored, or reviewed by Mr.Smith, as well as those documents composed by anyone else within the agency that simply reference Mr.Smith, his businesses, or his agents and representatives, when said documents are in the agency’s possession. Moreover this request is to be construed as requesting those same documents for any and all of the previously-mentioned businesses, employees, attorneys, agents, or firms.
This request should also be construed to include but not be limited to, court documents, memoranda, interviews, memoranda of interviews, other records of interviews, briefs, depositions, complaints, answers to complaints, interrogatories, emails, text messages, letters, files, subpoenas, warrants, search warrants, arrest warrants, petitions, affidavits, discharge(s), records of discharge, service records, plea agreements, proffer sessions, consent decrees, orders of probation and/or parole, and all metadata related to any of the prior mentioned documents or e-documents.
The time period for this request Is limited to all documents produced between March 30th, 2009, and the date of this request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
