From: William Green

I am formally appealing the denial of my request, case number F15093-0047.

There is no reasonable basis for the claim that disclosing how the IRS handles bitcoins and other digital currencies that are in their possession as a result of criminal investigations will compromise criminal investigations.

I am not asking the IRS to disclose how digital currencies relevant to criminal investigations are seized, merely how they are handled, monitored, safeguarded, and audited once they are seized.

I am merely requesting documents on how the IRS handles a certain type of evidence and seized asset.
