IRS Form 8038-G Filings by Three New Jersey Local Governments

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Whenever a state or local government issues a municipal bond in an amount exceeding $100,000, it must file Form 8038-G - Information Return for Tax-Exempt Governmental Obligations - with the IRS. Because the information on this form relates to state and local government finance, it is not confidential. I would like to get copies of these filings for three local government:

Township of Aberdeen, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, Bond Issued Dated 10/15/2012, Amount $14,720,000, CUSIP = 003269EB9 (last three positions may differ from line 9 of the form).

Township of Allamuchy, County of Warren, State of New Jersey, Bond Issue Dated 12/2/2014, Amount $9,915,000, CUSIP = 016721DQ2 (last three positions may differ from line 9 of the form).

Borough of Alpha, County of Warren, State of New Jersey, Bond Issue Dated 6/14/2014, Amount $4,250,000, CUSIP = 020768DE4 (last three positions may differ from line 9 of the form).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
