Good morning Emma. The above-referenced number was assigned to your most recently submitted request, in which you seek access to a listing of Office of Inspector General (OIG)investigations closed during (either CY or FY) 2014.

First - So as not to delay receipt of a FOIA request, I wanted to reiterate to you that FOIA requests should be submitted directly to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in one of the following ways:

Second - in response to a prior FOIA request that you had submitted, NRC-2019-000330, the OIG issued a response that included the listing of closed investigation cases for the ten-year time period, FY2009-2017 (even though your request had asked for a listing for 2017 only). As that listing was generated on March 27, 2018, there would be no change respecting the investigations closed in FY2014. As such, we consider your current request to be a duplicate of that prior request and are administratively closing our file on your request. As a courtesy, I've attached a copy of the OIG response to your earlier request, and the released listing that was provided to you. I have highlighted the 2014 closing dates throughout the listing.
