Human Trafficking at the Arnold Classic (Federal Bureau of Investigation)

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking documents concerning The Arnold Classic Sports Festival and Human Trafficking (i.e. documents that reference this crime occurring at the festival, or being thought to occur at the festival), between the dates of January 1st, 2011 and December 31st, 2016. This should include but not be limited to reports, memorandum, records, warnings, emails, papers, indictments, evidence, depositions, interviews, case notes, schedules, enforcement actions,and incident reports.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

To Whom it may concern-

I note that you have determined that for the purposes of fees I am a general (non-media requester). My membership number in the Society of Professional Journalists is 545826. Generally this suffices to prove I am a professional journalist (ergo a member of the media). However, I can surely provide whatever additional proof is required for you to ascertain that I am a member of the media. Therefore, if possible, I would like to have my status for assessing fees changed from "all others" to media. Failing that, I would like to see the criteria for "media" designation, and have specifically articulated to me, why I fail to meet said criteria.
